E' un vero piacere vedere negozi come questo resistere nel tempo. "Old fashioned" model shop in the best possible sense of the word, the owner is an exquisite person who likes to engage in extremely pleasant conversations! It is a real pleasure to see shops like this last over time.

Tempi di consegna sempre entro i termini. I don't know the physical store, but in my opinion the best e-commerce I have found on the net. Kind and helpful, able to find solutions and honest. Delivery times always on time.

Ho rinunciato alla visita per ora. Tornerò per aggiornare la recensione perchè il posto sembra essere estremamente interessante. Sicuramente hanno un sito internet tra i migliori e più forniti in Italia. Non eccellono nella comunicazione via mail/telefono I tried to enter, but there were two gentlemen who stayed in the shop for about 45 minutes despite seeing that the queue was building up outside. I have given up on the visit for now. I'll be back to update the review as the place seems to be extremely interesting. They certainly have one of the best and most well-stocked websites in Italy. They don't excel at email / phone communication

Ho tentato di scrivergli su ebay, senza ricevere mai alcuna risposta. Ho aperto un ticket nel loro sito web, controllando ogni giorno se ci fosse una qualche risposta, al 4° giorno il ticket è sparito, senza ricevere mai alcuna risposta. Ho anche tentato di scrivergli tramite il loro whatsapp (business) i primi 2 messaggi li hanno letti, ovviamente senza mai rispondere… poi devono avermi bloccato perché i messaggi non risultano consegnati. State lontani da questo venditore!!! Terrible! After buying on ebay, I tried to call the landline dozens of times, without ever getting an answer. I tried to write to him on ebay, without ever receiving any response. I opened a ticket on their website, checking every day if there was any response, on the 4th day the ticket disappeared, never receiving any response. I also tried to write them through their whatsapp (business) the first 2 messages they read them, obviously without ever replying ... then they must have blocked me because the messages are not delivered. Stay away from this seller !!!
