L	Luca Barbato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche per noi purtroppo pessima esperienza, installati i frangisole su due ville in anni diversi, presentano numerosi problemi, non si chiudono, si sono rotte e non salgono/scendono e non abbiamo più privacy. Dopo innumerevoli solleciti sono usciti tecnici diversi con idee diverse sulla manutenzione, chi dice che vanno oliate chi dice che vanno solo pulite con aria compressa perché olio o grasso spray crea problemi al meccanismo. Vanno male tanto le vetrate grandi quanto quelle piccole. Da mesi non rispondono più alle mail. P	Paola Berto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza Molto Negativa. Sconsiglio questa ditta in quanto non ha risposto ai problemi di un frangisole mal funzionante poco dopo l'acquisto. Acquistato, riparato poco dopo per 800€; di nuovo rotto, ci avrebbero chiesto altri 800€ per una ulteriore riparazione che poi siamo riusciti a risolvere da soli in famiglia con 5€. 1 stella perchè il voto zero non si può. Very Bad Experience. I do not recommend this company as it did not respond to the problems of a malfunctioning sunshade shortly after purchase. Purchased, repaired shortly after for 800 €; broken again, they would have asked us for another 800 € for a further repair which we then managed to solve alone in the family with 5 €. 1 star because the zero rating is not possible.

Non scelte da noi ma presenti da capitolato (scelte dall'Immobiliare, poi fallita). Una pena totale. In 2 anni, hanno dovuto fare manutenzione straordinaria 4-5 volte, perché presentano continuamente problemi e non si chiudono bene. Non hanno partner in zona che facciano assistenza, quando sono venuti loro nel primo anno dall'installazione, una squadra tecnica diceva una cosa e quella dopo un'altra, ora, dopo 2 anni di continui problemi, quotano 350 euro per una manutenzione standard + eventuali extra (abbiamo una tapparella completamente inagibile). Dopo neanche 2 anni dal installazione del oscurante frangi sole pagato circa 2000 euro, hanno iniziato a presentarsi problemi di apertura e chiusura. Da subito abbiamo interpellato l’azienda che ha installato il prodotto ma purtroppo gli interventi tecnici non vengono effettuati dagli installatori ma direttamente da Model System. Tempi biblici per l’intervento, effettuato NON da un tecnico ma da un commerciale il quale dopo circa 4/5 giorni ci presenta un preventivo da circa 500 euro per la sostituzione delle guide per intero senza neanche averne appurato il reale bisogno. Mi sento di SCONSIGLIARE vivamente questa azienda non tanto per la qualità del prodotto ma per il tipo di assistenza tecnica fornita di fronte a un guasto avvenuto entro i termini di garanzia di un prodotto definito da loro di ALTA QUALITÀ e NON sicuramente economico. Guasto risolto successivamente in circa un ora non da Model System. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this company. I would strongly NOT RECOMMEND this company not so much for the quality of the product but for the type of technical assistance provided in the event of a failure that occurred within the warranty terms of a product defined by them as HIGH QUALITY and definitely NOT economic. Fault solved later in about an hour not by Model System.
G	Giovanni Lucchetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confermo il pessimo servizio di installazione. Aggiungo che a tre anni dall'acquisto i frangisole (MD500, il top della gamma) si stanno rompendo tutti. I meccanismi si inceppano e i cavi si rompono sistematicamente. In replica alla risposta del fornitore allego l'unica pagina del manuale che parla di manutenzione. Non perdete tempo a leggerla. Dice che ogni 6-12 mesi dovete chiamare la Model System per intervenire. Io l'ho fatto la prima volta che si è rotto un cavetto. Mi hanno mandato un terzista che mi ha sostituito il cavetto (ce ne sono 4 per finestra) al modico prezzo di 300€. Per i successivi mi sono arrangiato... I confirm the bad installation service. È veramente un prodotto pessimo. Sconsigliatissimo We built a house 2 years ago and since then we have had extraordinary assistance 3 times. They break all the time. It is truly a bad product. Sto valutando la completa sostituzione delle stesse. Non compratele Absurd maintenance costs (if all goes well they are 400 euros a year). Despite the maintenance they continue to fail.
