★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato il trio lunedì mattina, oggi che è mercoledì l'ho già ricevuto ben imballato.
Premetto che già la gentilezza dell'operatore con cui ho parlato su Whatsapp mi aveva colpita, sempre pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi mio dubbio.
Il trio è facilissimo da montare, completo veramente di tutti gli accessori e ben rifinito.
La struttura è solida e ben fatta, le ruote posteriori sono grandi e provandolo sullo sterrato non si fa nessuna fatica a guidarlo.
Sia la navicella che il passeggino hanno lo schienale regolabile e l'ovetto non è di quelli strettissimi ma a mio avvis9 ben comodo.
Ho girato tanto e valutato molto, con 259 è veramente regalato... Quello che propongono altre marche come chicco, cam, per perego a prezzi sicuramente superiori non ha nulla a che vedere con il rapporto qualità prezzo che ho riscontrato in questo trio.
Acquisterò presto da loro anche la culla co sleeping completa vista la qualità e la competitività dei prezzi.

Quando si vuole acquistare sono molto cortesi e disponibili, mentre se si vuole fare il reso si rivelano quasi inesistenti e prendono tempo!
Sono passati 3 giorni e ancora non riesco a mettermi in contatto con l'assistenza.
Non vorranno mica far passare i 14 giorni?!?!? Azienda poco seria!
I do not recommend buying on the online site.
When you want to buy they are very courteous and helpful, while if you want to make the return they are almost non-existent and take time!
It's been 3 days and I still can't get in touch with support.
They will not want to pass the 14 days?!?!? Not a serious company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ se dovete fare un reso... mettetevi le mani nei capelli fate prima!!! gentili nell ordine ma se dovete restituire e cambiare materiale ciao proprio... nulla è di qualità e abbiamo avuto problemi anche nella merce cambiata... un dettaglio, il reso dicono che è gratuito entro 15 gg ma non è così... tutto a spese vostre dopo 2 mesi la roba è arrivata, ma sempre di pessima qualità!!!sconsiglio andate in negozio!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio di acquistare nel sito,personale inesistente e prodotti non uguali alla descrizione.Ho acquistato un lettino descritto nel sito come "salva spazio" nella descrizione prodotto vi era scritto misure ridotte 120x60. Ho preferito comunque utilizzare il numero WhatsApp per chiedere informazioni e precisazioni,ho chiaramente detto di avere problemi di spazio e chiesto più volte le misure del lettino,misure che addirittura hanno preso manualmente in magazzino confermando quelle descritte nel sito. A casa però mi è arrivato un lettino più grande,ho chiamato e scritto per avere chiarimenti ma dopo avermi detto che le misure erano interne e non esterne sono spariti.il prodotto quindi non rispecchia la descrizione e la sua descrizione nel sito è ingannevole,sconsiglio il sito e i suoi prodotti.
