Mi hanno sistemato un danno fatto altrove e mi sono venute incontro senza giudizi facendomi un ottimo lavoro. Molto soddisfatta. Clean and welcoming place, polite and professional staff, both the owner and the helpful and friendly employees. They fixed a damage done elsewhere and came to me without judgment and did a great job. Very satisfied.

Durante la rimozione la ragazza mi ha tagliuzzata qua e là, ha lasciato pellicine ovunque, unghie limate malissimo. Smalto applicato in totale fretta, risultato grumoso, bordi sbavati (vedere foto). Veramente pessimo. Per quel prezzo sono abituata a una qualità nettamente superiore. Better than the nail polish you put on yourself. I paid 28 € for the removal and application of the semi-permanent nail polish. Hasty and rough work. During the removal, the girl shredded me here and there, left cuticles everywhere, nails filed very badly. Nail polish applied in total haste, lumpy result, smudged edges (see photo). Really bad. For that price I'm used to much higher quality.

Sono molto brave, preparate e da quando frequento il centro sono rinata. Zero gentilezza. Zero attitudine al contatto con il pubblico. E parlando un po', mi è stato confermato ciò. Le dipendenti invece molto gentili, sorridenti, anche alle 8 di mattina. I'm not judging their performance as a non-customer. It is enough for me to have entered twice and have had to deal with the owner. Zero smile. Zero kindness. Zero attitude to contact with the public. And speaking a little, this has been confirmed to me. The employees, on the other hand, are very kind, smiling, even at 8 in the morning.
