Staff super gentile, sia Valeria che Carola sono state cordiali e mi hanno messa molto a mio agio. Carola è stata molto delicata nel trattare i miei capelli. Federico è stato eccezionale nel taglio, ha capito esattamente cosa volessi e mi ha guidata nella scelta di una piega ad onde morbide che adoro. Tornerò da loro sicuramente, è la prima volta in più di dieci anni che esco da un salone senza odiare il mondo o disperarmi. Grazie!
I state that I have a crazy fear of hairdressers, because they usually do not listen to my requests. That said, this morning I went on a date: cut and fold. Super friendly staff, both Valeria and Carola were friendly and put me very at ease. Carola was very gentle in treating my hair. Federico was exceptional in the cut, he understood exactly what I wanted and guided me in choosing a soft wave style that I love. I will definitely go back to them, it is the first time in more than ten years that I have left a salon without hating the world or despairing. Thanks!
