The correspondence and packaging was far superior to the packaging from the states. Each inner box was packed extremely well and each inner box was also packed in heavy straw. Through the process I wanted to change the quantity of glasses so I emailed them. I was promptly answered by Giacomo who was helpful and cheerful. I ordered 8 wine glasses as well as 5 other pieces. When the items were shipped I was given a tracking number and they arrived fairly quickly. Excellent product, professional people, and excellent shipping.

My dishes are beautiful, all was done in a timely manner and shipped in time for a birthday surprise for my son. He also inscribed my plates with a special message, we will enjoy the plates for a long time and pass on to the kids. If I could rate higher then a five I would do!
