I montatori si erano dimenticati il push pull di un anta... può succedere!! Ci hanno detto che sarebbero tornati a montarlo e ci ha dato il cellulare, ci siamo fidati ed abbiamo pagato
Grande errore!! Al cellulare non risponde...il negozio sembra impossibile parlare con qualcuno non rispondono mai ... abbiamo mandato email hanno detto che hanno passato tutto all assistenza
Conclusione è da Aprile che x aprire un anta ne devo aprire prima un altra e mettere le dita nel mezzo
 We bought a piece of furniture for the living room in the Figline Valdarno shop in April
The fitters had forgotten the push pull of a door ... it can happen !! They told us they would come back to mount it and gave us the cell phone, we trusted and paid
Big mistake !! The cell phone does not answer ... the shop seems impossible to talk to someone they never answer ... we sent emails they said they passed everything to assistance
Conclusion It is from April that x to open a door I have to open another one first and put my fingers in the middle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio Figline Valdarno ho acquistato Camera Montaggio il 06 ottobre 2021 arrivate due palchetti di misura sbagliata e una mensola rovinata …può succedere ok …ma dopo quasi tre mesi ancora niente !!!! Mi sembrano tempi BIBLICI ho telefonato tre volte al call center iimpteparati e scortesi !!!! e ancora nessuna risposta CERTA
Figline Valdarno shop I bought Assembly Room on 06 October 2021 two boxes of wrong size and a damaged shelf arrive ... it can happen ok ... but after almost three months still nothing !!!! It seems to me BIBLE times I phoned the call center three times iimpteparati and rude !!!! and still no SURE answer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aggiornamento del 4 maggio 2022: nonostante siano passati altri 3 mesi, della mia mensola da sostituire, ancora nessuna notizia.
Abbiamo scelto mobilmarket perché abbiamo trovato nel progetto di Manolo esattamente ciò che volevamo.
Dopo aver "toccato con mano" la qualità dei mobili in negozio, abbiamo prenotato il salotto.
Montatori arrivati di giovedì in casa in cui ancora non abitavamo, la domenica vado a pulire il mobile e trovo un graffio di 50cm sulla mensola nera coperto con una riga di pennarello indelebile.
Chiamo subito l'assistenza che mi fa mandare tutte le foto per email e via WhatsApp a cui non c'è stato seguito se non una rassicurazione sul fatto che verrà sostituita al più presto.
Siamo al 28 dicembre e oltre a non riuscire a parlare con NESSUNO attraverso il centralino, non ho più avuto riscontro per la sostituzione della mensola.
In più salotto montato a giugno, la parte superiore dei cassetti, nonostante non ci sia peso sopra, si è imbarcata dopo poco più di un mese.
La qualità che avevo visto, non l'ho ritrovata nel mio mobile e tutto sommato non consiglierei più mobilmarket a nessun altro, se non per un progetto da Manolo.
Update of May 4, 2022: although another 3 months have passed, of my shelf to be replaced, still no news.
We chose mobilmarket because we found exactly what we wanted in Manolo's project.
After having "experienced" the quality of the furniture in the shop, we booked the living room.
Assemblers arrived on Thursday at the house where we did not live yet, on Sunday I go to clean the cabinet and I find a 50cm scratch on the black shelf covered with a line of permanent marker.
I immediately call the assistance that makes me send all the photos by email and via WhatsApp which has not been followed up except for a reassurance that it will be replaced as soon as possible.
We are on December 28th and in addition to not being able to talk to ANYONE through the switchboard, I have no longer received feedback for replacing the shelf.
In addition to the living room assembled in June, the upper part of the drawers, although there is no weight on it, was embarked after just over a month.
The quality I had seen, I have not found in my furniture and all in all I would no longer recommend mobilmarket to anyone else, if not for a project by Manolo.
