★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visita in showroom il 25.02, addetta vendite molto gentile ma completamente impreparata: ad ogni domanda la risposta è "non lo so" oppure "devo chiedere perché a me comunque non dicono mai niente". Ci piacciono comunque alcuni pezzi e chiediamo un preventivo il 28.02, ci dicono che ci vorranno 10-15 giorni ? solo per il preventivo, ma invece ce lo fanno avere il 4 aprile!!! Cifra comunque secondo noi troppo alta, ma nel frattempo avevamo comunque provvedo da un'altra parte. Risposta molto scocciata e sgarbata del titolare, che ci dice pure di aver fatto "perdere tempo al falegname col preventivo". Mah... professionalità zero, cordialità ancora meno. Sconsigliato
Visit to the showroom on 25.02, very kind but completely unprepared sales clerk: for each question the answer is "I don't know" or "I have to ask why they never tell me anything anyway". We still like some pieces and we ask for a quote on 28.02, they tell us it will take 10-15 days ? just for the quote, but instead they send it to us on April 4th !!! However, in our opinion, this figure is too high, but in the meantime we had anyway taken care of somewhere else. Very annoyed and rude answer from the owner, who also tells us that he "made the carpenter waste time with the estimate". Well ... zero professionalism, even less friendliness. Not recommended
