M	Mirko Montalbano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci hanno messo fretta nel saldo per far arrivare la cucina entro un mese.saldato il conto sono spariti.alle chiamate di sollecito dal secondo mese in poi dicevano che non sapevano nulla.la cucina è arrivata dopo 3 mesi e con il frigo non funzionante (candy...mica beko). Ovviamente per il frigo ci rimandano in assistenza invece di sostituircelo subito.morale della favola...siamo a 4 mesi e ancora non ci hanno sostituito il frigo. E con quello che abbiamo pagato dovrebbe venire direttamente cracco col fornello a casa mia a cucinare per un anno.mai più da loro They put us in a hurry to get the kitchen to arrive within a month. La qualità dei mobili scarsa(il top era scheggiato e deformato);pezzi mancanti(ancora ad oggi dopo 3 mesi aspetto una maniglia);il costo della stessa un pò elevato(visto che dopo una piccola modifica del preventivo hanno voluto 500 euro in più);il personale inadatto e incapace nel montaggio hanno tralasciato diverse cose. Questo posto non lo consiglio assolutamente a nessuno!!! Unfortunately I bought a kitchen in this place and was very disappointed. The poor quality of the furniture (the top was chipped and deformed); missing pieces (still today after 3 months I am waiting for a handle); the cost of the same a little high (since after a small modification of the estimate they wanted 500 euros more ); the unsuitable and incapable staff in the assembly have left out several things. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone !!!

Dopo due giorni ho chiesto di cambiarlo con uno più grande (ho sbagliato la misura) dando la differenza; mi è stato risposto di NO perché loro anche se la merce è imballata non fanno cambi. Glielo ha ordinato il medico. Preciso comunque che, quando un cliente chiede un prezzo si intende già compreso di documento fiscale e iva, i giochetti con o senza scontrino è sinonimo di furberia. bad, I bought a mattress for a cot, as if they had done me a favor. The doctor ordered it. Trattato con superficialità e scarsa disponibilità e mi è stata proposta una soluzione non ottimale (nonostante le mie richieste chiare) e ad un prezzo elevato rifiutandosi di lasciarmi un preventivo scritto. Altro negozio che tratta stessi prodotto prezzo del 40% inferiore per una soluzione migliore. After buying a kitchen a few years ago (quite satisfied) I returned. Treated with superficiality and scarce availability and I was offered a non-optimal solution (despite my clear requests) and at a high price by refusing to leave me a written estimate. Other shop that treats same product 40% lower price for a better solution.
G	Giulia Guardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Professionalità inesistente. Se c’era l’opzione zero stelle l’avrei scelta. Al momento di pagare, decisi di farlo col bancomat. La loro risposta?? “Dato che il pagamento con bancomat è tracciabile, dovete darmi 30€ in più (rispetto al prezzo iniziale) per l’iva”. Per non parlare dei modi sgarbati del titolare, incitandoci ad andare con “per me ve ne potete andare”. 50€ per il SOLO TRASPORTO, considerando che volevo comprare rete e materasso. Volevano comprendere anche il montaggio, INESISTENTE (avvitare 4 piedi è montaggio). Terrible. Non-existent professionalism. If there was the zero star option, I would have chosen it. When it was time to pay, I decided to do it with an ATM. Their answer?? "Since the payment by debit card is traceable, you have to give me € 30 more (compared to the initial price) for VAT". Not to mention the owner's rude ways, urging us to go with "you can go for me". 50 € for TRANSPORT ONLY, considering that I wanted to buy bed base and mattress. They also wanted to include assembly, NON-EXISTING (screw 4 feet and assembly).

Assistenza continua e interesse nel conoscere la nostra soddisfazione dopo l’installazione, per non parlare dei tecnici che hanno montato la cucina, attentissimi a sistemare ogni singola parte, anche piccoli dettagli come l’allineamento perfetto delle ante, come se fosse la loro cucina. Non ho mai avuto la soddisfazione di non trovare nulla da ridire ad un fornitore fino ad ora. Grazie ragazzi I highly recommend it, excellent variety of choice, a service that accompanied us with advice up to the choice of the cuisine suitable for us. Continuous assistance and interest in knowing our satisfaction after installation, not to mention the technicians who assembled the kitchen, very careful to fix every single part, even small details such as the perfect alignment of the doors, as if it were their kitchen. I have never had the satisfaction of finding no fault with a supplier until now. Thank you guys
