Dopo 6000 euro spesi come si vede in foto come si fa a sbagliare il tops in questo modo : colore sbagliato, lunghezza sbagliata e profondità sbagliata. Non è finita qui: un’anta di un pensile colore diverso , tamponamento angolare misura sbagliata e una mensola spaccata! Tra l’altro pretendono il pagamento anticipato! Morale dell’horror : cucina prenotata inizio gennaio finita a fine aprile.SALVATEVI !!! Save yourselves at least you others! Don't hesitate to escape and don't enter! Professionalism equal to 0! I bought a kitchen full of horrors not mistakes! After 6000 euros spent, as you can see in the photo, how do you get the tops wrong like this: wrong color, wrong length and wrong depth. S	Silvia Vezzani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un mobile soggiorno delizioso. Presentava piccole imperfezioni tuttavia erano nascoste. Non buoni i montatori che l'hanno appunto montato. Successivamente è arrivata la cucina. Presentava alcuni difetti e la ditta mi ha mandato in un secondo tempo i pezzi da sostituire. La tavola invece, pur avendola cambiata e ricambiata ancora presenta la stessa problematica per cui ancora non posso allungarla. Fantastici i 2 ragazzi che con estrema precisione ed accortezza hanno lavorato tutto il giorno senza perdere tempo e senza fare danni. Grazie Sasha e Sasha. Avrei molto da dire sulla parte amministrativa: molta pressione, troppe mail confuse, ripetitive ed errate che partono dalla base in automatico! Ci deve essere chiarezza e differenza tra una mail dove si richiede un pagamento o una dove si comunica un trasporto.... O altro. C'è anche la particolarità del pagamento anticipato della merce senza sapere se poi arriverà in stato ottimale o come nel mio caso con parti difettate che arriveranno con tempi lunghissimi. Si possono facilmente migliorare queste pecche. I bought a delightful living room furniture. It had small imperfections however they were hidden. The editors who have mounted it are not good. Next came the kitchen. It had some defects and the company sent me the parts to be replaced at a later time. The board, on the other hand, despite having changed and reciprocated it still presents the same problem so I still cannot lengthen it. Fantastic the 2 guys who with extreme precision and shrewdness have worked all day without wasting time and without doing damage. Thanks Sasha and Sasha. I would have a lot to say on the administrative side: a lot of pressure, too many confusing, repetitive and incorrect emails that start automatically from the base! There must be clarity and difference between an email where a payment is requested or one where a transport is communicated .... Or else. There is also the peculiarity of the prepayment of the goods without knowing if they will arrive in an optimal state or as in my case with defective parts that will arrive in a very long time. These flaws can easily be improved.
