★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, il proprietario molto maleducato. Come tante persone, abbiamo dovuto affrontare una ristrutturazione, e abbiamo messo al corrente tutti i fornitori a cui ci siamo affidati che avrebbe potuto esserci un ritardo.
Inizialmente il proprietario molto accomodante è diventato assai scortese quando gli abbiamo comunicato che non avremmo acquistato da lui la cucina, purtroppo decidendo di acquistare altri mobili presso il suo negozio.
Con un mese di ritardo causa lavori ci facciamo arrivare i mobili a giugno. Ci rovinano le pareti della cabina armadio perché i montatori decidono di assemblare l'armadio sbattendolo contro al muro, cosa che crea delle crepe essendo le pareti fatte di cartongesso; inoltre il piccolo dettaglio che "il tavolo si è perso nel magazzino" (d'altronde è risaputo che i magazzini servano proprio a questo). Il proprietario incolpa noi per lo smarrimento del tavolo poiché abbiamo tardato con i lavori. Dopo un mese circa arriva e logicamente c'è qualcosa che non va, ovvero le allunghe che fanno parte del tavolo non sono corrette, e aspettiamo all'incirca altri due mesi ( SETTEMBRE) per avere le allunghe corrette. Rimaniamo d'accordo con il proprietario che qualcuno sarebbe venuto a sistemare i danni causati da i montatori, cosa che logicamente non è mai successa e mai succederà.
Davvero sconsiglio a tutti di acquistare da questo fornitore. Persona davvero molto incompetente e poco affidabile.
Bad experience, very rude owner. Like so many people, we have had to go through a restructuring, and we have made all the suppliers we have relied on aware that there may have been a delay.
Initially the very accommodating owner became very rude when we informed him that we would not buy the kitchen from him, unfortunately deciding to buy more furniture at his shop.
With a month of delay due to work, we get the furniture in June. We ruin the walls of the walk-in closet because the fitters decide to assemble the closet by banging it against the wall, which creates cracks as the walls are made of plasterboard; also the small detail that "the table is lost in the warehouse" (after all it is well known that the warehouses are used precisely for this). The owner blames us for the loss of the table as we were late with the work. After about a month it arrives and logically there is something wrong, that is, the extensions that are part of the table are not correct, and we wait about another two months (SEPTEMBER) to have the correct extensions. We agree with the owner that someone would come and fix the damage caused by the fitters, which of course never and never will.
I really advise against everyone buying from this supplier. Really very incompetent and unreliable person.
