Unfortunately, I had better expectations ... very disappointed ... my kitchen, not even a year after assembly, has already given many problems ... I don't have a straight door ... and in any case it is not nice that the employees publish the reviews this is not is that correct ... unless the good review given is included in the pay?

despite the excellent products, I find myself forced to give this score, very little attention to the customer, already after the signing of the contract there were numerous inconsistencies (a different product was announced to the one purchased, with due insistence we were able to obtain the product from contract) delays in deliveries, we try to contact them numerous times but we were never given an explanation. After delivery (finally) we have a problem with the sliding doors of the wardrobe, I call them I follow the procedure, they claim to be repaired after 2 months, after specifying the impossibility of opening and closing the wardrobe, because the doors sliding will they scratched each other. now I have the same problem again but I am not contacted again. if I could give zero I would.

I visited the large exhibition space and exposed my needs. There are many quality and aesthetically valid furniture, especially those of the Lago brand. The living rooms on which they probably do not focus on are a little less beautiful. I received attention and availability. So far nothing negative to report.

Bad experience, badly assembled furniture and above all wrong, they had not inserted the screws in the oven and I had to insert them myself, they were making the dishwasher burn because they had incorrectly assembled the drain hose and I noticed it after trying to start the washing 4 times to no avail. The cupboard doors opened by themselves even before living in this house. Wardrobe not chosen by us but with arrogance and insistence they said that we were wrong. The hob is already rusty, it will be of fifth choice but obviously well paid by us. They only know the money they demand as if there is no tomorrow.

I begin by saying that for me it was not a simple visit to a furniture factory, it was a real experience. In addition to being super original, with furniture that you don't see every day, not even in the movies, the display is really super attention to detail, from the candles on the cupboards, to the pasta in the kitchen, and to the names of the children in the bedrooms. But these are just details. Speaking of furniture, on the other hand, I felt like I was entering another dimension, I was shocked to say the least by every single room. Starting with the kitchens, it should be emphasized that it is a production of the company's carpentry, and it would be enough for me to say only this, as consequently they are all unique in their kind, original and super modern. But not only that, the classic style takes its space in every environment, kitchens, bedrooms and children's bedrooms and, of course, it is just as wonderful. The bedrooms are super original, colorful and extravagant. As for the bedrooms, there is a lot of choice. In addition, there is a space entirely dedicated to the display of high quality mattresses. Everything is so wonderful, never seen such an exhibition. The staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming, and greet you with a huge smile. I had the honor of knowing most of them and they are all very professional, helpful and cheerful people. Personally, I have never seen such a furniture factory, neither in Italy nor abroad. The environment is also super clean, everything is shiny and sparkling, as if it were a glassware. We see that order and cleanliness are some of the priorities. I was also struck by the absence of banality, there is nothing obvious and banal, I repeat that the furniture is all one of a kind. There is a lot of choice for any item you need, so I highly recommend it to everyone. Of course my rating is 5 stars, unfortunately, because if I could I would give 10 ❤️ too
