★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für eine Dienstleistung (3 D Realisierung des Badezimmers und Tages-WC's) für diese ich jetzt knapp ein Jahr warte, ich immer wieder vertröstet und sie immer noch nicht getätigt wurde, kann ich für das Möbelhaus Rogen, obwohl ich anfänglich fest davon überzeugt war, dass in diesem Haus professionell gearbeitet wird, nur 1 Stern vergeben (leider).

For a service (3D realization of the bathroom and daytime toilet) for which I have been waiting for almost a year now, I have always been put off and it has still not been done, I can go to the furniture store Rogen, although I was initially firmly convinced that one works professionally in this house, only 1 star (unfortunately).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ am Anfang gut beraten, viele Versprechungen gemacht und nicht eingehalten, die Möbel sind eigentlich gut aber ziemlich gefährlich und kantig. Die Monteure kommen mit der Arbeit nicht nach da viel zu viel Arbeit angenommen wird und somit wird auch nur oberflächlich gearbeitet (falsche Bohrungen in Kästen, Kleber an Stellen (Mauer) wo es ihn nicht genötigt usw.). Möbel wurden 1 Monat später montiert als angesagt, einige Teile fehlten anscheinend. Beim Kundendienst könnte man meinen das es gar keinen gäbe oder wirklich so langsam.
Leider nicht so wie man sich das vorgestellt hat.
Well advised at the beginning, many promises made and not kept, the furniture is actually good but quite dangerous and angular. The fitters do not come to terms with the work because too much work is assumed and therefore only superficial work is carried out (wrong holes in boxes, glue in places (wall) where it is not necessary, etc.). Furniture was assembled 1 month later than announced, some parts were apparently missing. When it comes to customer service, you might think that there wasn't any or really that slow.
Unfortunately not as one imagined.
