Non essendo del posto e non conoscendo il proprietario sono andato la prima volta tramite un suo conoscente e la seconda volta per necessità (ero rimasto per strada ed era l'unico che conoscevo). Ho interloquito in entrambi i casi con il signor Massimo, persona a mio avviso non competente del mestiere e soprattutto non onesta visto che i prezzi dei lavori (madopera e pezzi/liquidi di ricambio) sono al di sopra della norma e di altre precedenti esperienze avute in passato con altre officine o meccanici per lavori simili! Dopo alcuni gg dall'ultimo lavoro lo richiamo per dirgli che la mia auto é di nuovo rimasta in panne per lo stesso problema e che da ulteriore controllo presso officina autorizzata volkswagen risulta un problema ben diverso e molto piú grave di quello da lui riscontrato (per il quale si era fatto retribuire profumatamente)! Risultato: mi chiude il telefono in faccia. Vi sconsiglio vivamente di andarci! I have been 2 times in this workshop! Not being a local and not knowing the owner, I went the first time through an acquaintance of his and the second time out of necessity (I was left on the street and he was the only one I knew). In both cases I spoke with Mr. Massimo, a person in my opinion not competent in the trade and above all not honest given that the prices of the works (madopera and spare parts / liquids) are above the norm and other previous experiences had in the past with other workshops or mechanics for similar jobs! A few days after the last job, I call him back to tell him that my car broke down again due to the same problem and that from further checking at an authorized Volkswagen workshop it is a very different and much more serious problem than the one he encountered (for who had been paid handsomely)! Result: he closes the phone in my face. I strongly advise you not to go there!

Il preventivo è rimasto invariato a fine lavori (In genere trovi la sorpresa quando vai a ritirare la vettura) anzi, ho trovato la vettura lavata (sorpresa gradevole) bravi...continuate così !! Competent workshop, available to listen and offer explanations about the reported problem. The budget remained unchanged at the end of the work (In general you will find the surprise when you go to collect the car) indeed, I found the car washed (pleasant surprise) good ... keep it up !!
