Appena ci si siede vengono servite delle nachos, idea simpatica, ma tolgono un po' l'attenzione e gonfiano considerando quel che si mangia dopo. Impasto molto buono, nulla da dire, bello idratato, ci vuole solo qualche accorgimento sugli ingredienti a volte un po' troppo abbondanti che tolgono l'attenzione da questo impasto perfetto. Cottura ben fatta a macchia di leopardo come nella tradizione napoletana, i dolci di Sal de Riso sono poi una sicurezza. Conto più che onesto. Ritornato dopo più di un anno e devo dire che la pizza è migliorata, impasto ancor più elastico nella tradizione napoletana e digeribilissimo. Top! Small, simple but well-structured place, perhaps a resounding thread of shouting but it doesn't matter. As soon as you sit down, nachos are served, a nice idea, but they take away a little attention and inflate considering what you eat next. Very good dough, nothing to say, nice hydrated, it just takes a few tricks on the sometimes too abundant ingredients that take away the attention from this perfect dough. Well done cooking as in the Neapolitan tradition, the desserts of Sal de Riso are a certainty. I count more than honest. Returned after more than a year and I must say that the pizza has improved, an even more elastic dough in the Neapolitan tradition and very digestible. Top!

Tutti accoglienti e le cameriere sono davvero in gamba. Se volete mangiare una vera pizza napoletana ve la consiglio vivamente!!! ? Fantastic! It is the first time in this pizzeria and I felt at home. Despite the two shifts, the staff is very fast and super helpful. All welcoming and the waitresses are really good. If you want to eat a real Neapolitan pizza I highly recommend it !!! ?

Sorpresa finale il conto molto piú basso di quanto ci si aspettasse. Da 10 e lode I would say that the photos speak for themselves, excellent pizza made of excellent ingredients, all with attention to detail. Divine fried. Prezzi da 7 a 15€ circa per la sola pizza non sono pochi ma la napoletana con acciughe di Cetara a 7€ è un best buy. Il locale è lo stesso della vecchio esercizio: semplice, informale. Consigliato. Finally a Neapolitan pizza that I like. And the ingredients are of quality. Prices from 7 to 15 € around for the pizza alone are not few but the Neapolitan with anchovies from Cetara at 7 € is a best buy. The place is the same as the old one: simple, informal. Advised.

Nonostante fossero quasi in chiusura, mi hanno riaperto il locale e mi hanno consentito di sedermi al tavolo per mangiare. Potrebbe sembrare scontato che lo dovessero fare, ma non è assolutamente così! Atteggiamento serio e che fidelizza il cliente. Bravissimi e gentilissimi! Excellent pizza with quality products. Although they were almost closing, they reopened the place for me and allowed me to sit at the table to eat. It might seem obvious that they should, but that's not the case at all!
