★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious desserts, over price. I took 3 types of deserts one day for €5 which and by the way it was great, next day I order two pieces of same deserts and again for €5 !!!! They speak only Italian no surprise and I speak only English, so I think something lost in translation!!!!

The boy was so unpolite and gave us cold food and the cappuccinos were so bad;i work in the business and when asking to heat the food i do it, i care cause you are a human being first of all and you are paying)
I am Sorry but once you Have a lot of customers doesn't mean you should go down this level and serve garbage and be cruel, yes this is what it really is.
They care only to make money and are so careless on people's wealth..... Whats going on! We work hard and is not easy to go on, and feeling sick about the food i paid is so horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely Delicious! Best arancini outside of Sicily - trust me, I've tried many. Our favorites are the ragu, pistachio, and mushroom filled. They are fresh, filling, and life-changing. Their other stuff is good too, but the arancini are unbeatable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is ridiculously late in coming but my wife and I came to Rome for our 25th wedding anniversary in May of 2018 and stayed just near by the Mizzica Cafe. The white chocolate croissants and cappuccinos we had each morning were spectacular, inexpensive and simply one of the high lites of our trip. We plan to return to Rome again soon when the pandemic is under control and travel restrictions lifted and we will no longer simply have to dream of experiencing the heavenly pastries here again. Looking forward to trying all the other wonderful items on the menu! Thank you Mizzica Cafe! Hope you are all well and safe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great variety of Arancini and pastries. Very good flavor both on salty and sweet food - Not the best, but still very good. A little on the expensive side but worth it (the arancini are huge). Nice seating area outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delightful neighborhood coffee shop with tons of savory and sweet options. In a recent trip to Rome, this was our "go to" place every night in search of sweets to eat before going to bed. Service was always very friendly and helpful and there are so many options that it is hard to decide. All the things we got here, from arancini to little tartes, tasted great.
