p	pinco pallo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ASSISTENZA POST VENDITA INESISTENTE dopo aver utilizzato per due stagioni estive (un mese e mezzo ciascuna stagione) uno dei condizionatori top di gamma della suddetta azienda e dopo essere passati 25 mesi e dopo aver firmato una estensione della garanzia di un ulteriore anno, si scopre che non è una garanzia totale e che, malgrado siano passati solo 20 gg dalla scadenza dei 24 mesi, devo comunque pagare almeno 100 euro per l'uscita di un tecnico e verificare un danno che presumibilmente è un difetto di fabbrica. Il tutto gestito tramite mail in quanto non esiste un numero verde o un ufficio clienti. Sarò esigente io ma trovo tutto questo scandaloso.
