Acquistato per ridurre i consumi in un laboratorio con due mantecatori, due pastorizzatori, un abbattitore di temperatura, la macchina da subito ha accusato problemi: un tubo interno forato ha causato una perdita di acqua con conseguente rottura della ventola di raffreddamento: due giorni fermo in laboratorio senza poter lavorare. Un altro tubo rotto che ha causato una perdita ingente di acqua (per fortuna la macchina era all'esterno altrimenti mi allagava il negozio). Ma il peggio stava per arrivare: la polvere e la terra che la torre ha aspirato e che è finito nel circuito dell'acqua ha causato l'intasamento degli scambiatori termici e di conseguenza ho dovuto sostituirli tutti (lascio a voi immaginare i costi e i disagi). Insomma nulla ha funzionato bene e quando si ha un problema l'assistenza arriva a rilento (ovviamente mai il sabato e la domenica o dopo le 17:30). Non lo consiglerei a nessuno!!
Bad experience. Purchased to reduce consumption in a laboratory with two batch freezers, two pasteurizers, a blast chiller, the machine immediately suffered problems: a perforated inner tube caused a water leak resulting in a cooling fan failure: two days stopped in laboratory without being able to work. Another broken pipe that caused a huge loss of water (luckily the car was on the outside otherwise I was flooding the store). But the worst was coming: the dust and the earth that the tower has sucked up and that ended up in the water circuit caused the heat exchangers to clog up and consequently I had to replace them all (I leave you to imagine the costs and inconveniences ). In short, nothing has worked well and when you have a problem, assistance arrives slowly (of course, never on Saturdays and Sundays or after 5.30pm). I would not recommend it to anyone !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un recupero acqua Economax per la mia gelateria! Macchina eccezionale! La consiglio a tutti i colleghi gelatieri.. ottimo risparmio anche perché di questi tempi l'acqua costa ed è preziosa!! Non è il solito chiller che vi recupera l'acqua e vi dissangua con l'energia elettrica! E vi premetto che ho un laboratorio con 2 pastorizzatori da 120 lt 3 mantecatori 1 abbattitore T4o e 2 vetrine da 24 gusti! La macchina non si è mai bloccata!!
I bought an Economax water recovery for my ice cream shop! Outstanding machine! I recommend it to all fellow ice cream makers .. great savings also because these days water costs and is precious! It is not the usual chiller that recovers the water and bleeds you with electricity! And let me start by saying that I have a laboratory with 2 120 lt pasteurizers, 3 batch freezers, 1 T4o blast chiller and 2 showcases with 24 flavors! The car never got stuck !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service of all the cooling equipment we’ve deal with. Soecially from Mr. Luigi Coppini. They take months to answer a email just to tell us they can’t help us. If your thinking about purchase some of their equipment, I recommend buying from another manufacturer.
