Atteso un’ora il venerdì per la consegna del mezzo.
Atteso 2 ore il lunedì per la riconsegna del mezzo perché gli uffici chiusi fino alle 15. Io arrivato alle 13.30.
Nonostante abbia pagato 45€ di assicurazione supplementare mi fatturano 60€ di danno per aver rilevato un danno impercettibile sulla carrozzeria. Danno non fatto da me.
Molto insoddisfatto di tutto. Anche della pulizia del mezzo che mi è stato consegnato direttamente dopo la consegna del precedente cliente senza alcun intervento ne di pulizia ne di disinfezione.
Non mi vedranno più!

Siete pure falsi. Io ho prenotato il furgone dal venerdì alle 18 al lunedì alle 18. L’ho riconsegnato alle 13.30 quindi ben 4 ore prima della scadenza.
Questo dimostra quello che siete!

Waited an hour on Friday for the delivery of the vehicle.
Waited 2 hours on Monday for the return of the vehicle because the offices closed until 15. I arrived at 13.30.
Despite having paid € 45 for additional insurance, they charge me € 60 for damage for having detected an imperceptible damage to the bodywork. Damage not done by me.
Very dissatisfied with everything. Also of the cleaning of the vehicle that was delivered to me directly after the delivery of the previous customer without any cleaning or disinfection intervention.
They won't see me again!

You are also false. I booked the van from Friday at 6pm to Monday at 6pm. I returned it at 1.30pm so 4 hours before the deadline.
