Recentemente si è rotta la pompa dell'acqua e alla richiesta di intervento per la sostituzione, mi è stata negata l'uscita in quanto, a detta loro, mi avevano avvertito che era meglio sostituirla. Risultato, aspettando loro, 3 giorni senza acqua calda. Ho chiamato un'altra ditta che in giornata mi ha sostituito il pezzo ed ha risolto il problema. Scusatemi ma sono in affitto e non ho potere decisionale sulla sostituzione o riparazione. Grazie comunque. periodic checks and cleaning done regularly with them, but at the last check was advised to replace the boiler as quite dated. Recently the water pump broke and the request for intervention for the replacement, I was denied the exit because, according to them, they had warned me that it was better to replace it. Result, waiting for them, 3 days without hot water. I called another company that replaced the piece on the same day and solved the problem. Excuse me but I am renting and I have no decision-making power over replacement or repair. Thanks anyway.
A	Angelo Iacuitti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati per una revisione ad una caldaia Savio (premetto che sulla caldaia c era l etichetta Mister Clima perché la prima accensione l hanno fatta loro), mi fissano un appuntamento e invio tutti i documenti della caldaia via whatsapp. Non presentandosi, telefono per chiedere spiegazioni, e mi viene detto che non esisteva nessun appuntamento, (come se me lo fossi inventato vabbè). Attendo qualche giorno e telefono ancora 2 volte perché dovevano chiedere al tecnico quando poter venire. La seconda volta un pó scocciati dalla mia insistenza, mi dicono le faremo sapere. Da lì silenzio... Passano i giorni e niente, non si fa vivo nessuno. Richiamo, stessa storia. Cmq ho risolto con altra persona molto seria e competente. Called for a review of a Savio boiler (I state that on the boiler there was the Mister Clima label because they made it the first time), they make an appointment for me and I send all the boiler documents via whatsapp. Not showing up, I call to ask for explanations, and I am told that there was no appointment, (as if I had invented it, oh well). I wait a few days and call 2 more times because they had to ask the technician when to come. The second time a little annoyed by my insistence, they tell me we will let you know. From there silence ... Days go by and nothing, nobody shows up. Recall, same story. Anyway I solved with another very serious and competent person.
