Ho acquistato una MTB GIANT che mi è stata spedita in tempi molto brevi e senza problemi di trasporto. Alcuni giorni dopo, a causa di una rottura (per caduta), ho sentito Michele per telefono, il quale si è dato da fare per darmi assistenza. Consiglio il negozio.
I met the shop thanks to immediately.it, they were very helpful (even on Sundays ...), and Michele tried to satisfy my requests. I bought a GIANT MTB which was sent to me in a very short time and without transport problems. A few days later, due to a breakdown (due to a fall), I heard Michele on the phone, who went out of his way to assist me. I recommend the shop.

Purchased Giant Revolt Advanced frame through immediately.it. Very kind and helpful. Michele did his utmost to get me the spare parts of the seat post thru pins and all the plastic cables passing through in a short time. Shipped and arrived in less than 24 hours, perfect packaging.
I believe I will still buy from them though
