Abbiamo portato l'ingranaggio di un orologio a riparare. Dopo un mese di nostre telefonate ci chiamano per il ritiro ma una volta a casa ci rendiamo conto che l'ingranaggio non funziona e le lancette non girano!
Riportiamo lì il pezzo, insieme all'orologio così da montare il tutto.
Ci dicono che dobbiamo pagare altri soldi oltre alle 20,00€ RUBATE per la mancata riparazione ... il tentativo lo facciamo. Lasciamo tutto da loro e ci dicono che l'orologio deve andare in laboratorio... ci danno appuntamento di sabato in sabato e anche lì dopo diverse settimane di nostre telefonate, ancora oggi non erano stati in grado di sistemare nulla ! A questo punto Chiediamo la restituzione dei nostri pezzi ma ... ovviamente non ci restituiscono i soldi dati per UN LAVORO NON FATTO... forse sono così PULCIARI da cambiare la loro posizione sociale con il FURTO fatto a noi. Di certo noi non ci torneremo più e lo sconsiglieremo a chiunque giri in zona!
DIFFIDATE GENTE! E MEDITATE!
 Incompetence and lack of absolute professionalism!
We brought a clock gear to repair. After a month of our calls, they call us for collection but once at home we realize that the gear does not work and the hands do not turn!
We bring the piece back there, together with the clock so as to assemble everything.
They tell us that we have to pay more money than the € 20.00 STOLEN for the failure to repair ... the attempt we do. We leave everything to them and they tell us that the clock has to go to the laboratory ... they give us an appointment from Saturday to Saturday and even after several weeks of our phone calls, they still haven't been able to fix anything today! At this point we ask for the return of our pieces but ... obviously they do not give us back the money given for A JOB NOT DONE ... maybe they are so PULCIARI to change their social position with the THEFT done to us. Certainly we will not go back and we will advise against anyone who goes around the area!

Il locale bello e assortito a prezzi onesti. da quando l'ho conosciuto è diventato il mio punto riferimento nel settore a Novara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il proprietario mi ha lasciato senza parole. Velocissimo nel servire il cliente. In pochi minuti ha fatto 3 sostituzioni pila. Reso un paio di orologi e poi quando è stato il mio turno, mi ha subito avvisato che avrei avuto l' orologio per dopo le feste, informato sul preventivo e dato alcuni consigli. Dopo qualche giorno mi ha anche richiamato per confermarmi il preventivo. Veramente bravo.
The owner left me speechless. Fast in serving the customer. In a few minutes he made 3 battery replacements. I returned a couple of watches and then when it was my turn, he immediately informed me that I would have the clock for after the holidays, informed about the estimate and given some advice. After a few days he also called me back to confirm the quote. Really good.
