Le commesse poi ...ma che parliamo affare !!! Se si potesse chiudere o meglio cambiare tutto il personale, sarebbe una gran fortuna per la catena. Ci vorrebbero persone gentili, dolci . Io questo negozio lo scarterei per la scortesia e l'arroganza.

In data odierna, ossia dopo 4 giorni, ho provato a effettuare il suddetto cambio. Il direttore mi ha detto che, da 2 giorni, l'azienda non accetta più i cambi sull'intimo. Sono perfettamente d'accordo con questa scelta, ma solo dopo aver smaltito i possibili cambi effettuati nei 7 gg previsti. Sicuramente contatterò l'associazione consumatori per informarli di tale spiacevole comportamento.
