★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richiesto preventivo per giardino quasi 500mq, mi hanno risposto testualmente: "Le macroterne non vanno bene per la nostra zona in quanto temono il gelo .
Pertanto , onde evitare problemi succesivi alla consegna , preferiamo declinare la vostra richiesta"
Al che ho a mia volta replicato che avrebbero potuto consigliarmi una tipologia più indicata e darmi la quotazione per quella.
Ma, il loro Ufficio Commerciale, imperterrito, ha risposto, e cito: "Buongiorno !
Mi scusi , se un cliente non sa cosa ordinare o non sa cosa ordina , prima chiede un consiglio o richiede un parere . Sul nostro menu' tendina c'e' una voce di dice " non so vorrei un consiglio "
in questo caso noi chiamiamo il cliente e diamo delle spiegazioni o consigli .
Comunque grazie per la sua attenzione".
INCOMPRENSIBILMENTE ARROGANTI, SCORTESI E POCO LUNGIMIRANTI.
