Ho assistito a delle scene di maleducazione incredibile, con urla e insulti disumani da parte del proprietario e che dire, la pizza può anche essere buona (ma niente di che eh), ma non basta. Spero vivamente che il proprietario vada in psicoterapia prima di continuare a lavorare in questa maniera. Purtroppo a causa dell accaduto di ieri saremo costretti ad andare altrove. In attesa per il ns ordine notiamo che una delle due persone, una ragazza, che preparano le pizze nel retro, lavora con la mascherina abbassata e senza guanti. La terza ragazza si occupa di prendere ordini, incassare e all occorrenza dopo aver maneggiato soldi, anche di mettere qualche ingrediente sulle pizze in preparazione, rigorosamente a mani nude. Attendo che tutti i clienti siano usciti, e a bassa voce faccio notare alla ragazza che quanto ho notato non si fa. Di tutta risposta, piuttosto che scusarsi, reagisce con sufficienza senza dire nulla. Va nel retro, a bassa voce dice qualcosa alla ragazza senza mascherina che pero con altrettanza arroganza non si degna nemmeno di rimetterla a posto. Cari ragazzi, imparate a lavorare rispettando le norme igieniche fondamentali in questo periodo piu che mai, e soprattutto a relazionarvi con educazione con i clienti. Ho preso una pizza caprese calda: pomodori scadenti che non sanno di nulla; mozzarella senza alcun sapore; l'unica cosa saporita era il basilico. Senza parole. La seconda pizza è stata mozzarella e zucchine: ho già parlato della mozzarella; se avessi chiuso gli occhi nel mentre che la mangiavo non ci sarei mai arrivato al fatto che fosse con le zucchine. Almeno la cocacola era buona :) . I understand the difficult time of business, but even using substandard ingredients will surely lead to failure. Niente di eccezionale, può capitare, ma non mi è piaciuto che cercasse di addossare la colpa a quel povero ragazzo, quando sono stati loro a sbagliare. Lui porta quello che voi gli date (e ribadisco che comunque non è un problema) ma se non glielo date che colpa ne ha?! Average good. But I didn't like how the owner treated the bell boy.
