Sono tornato solo dopo 24 h a chiedere il cambio di almeno una maschera perché piccola e non adatta alle miei esigenze. Non hanno voluto minimamente prendere in considerazione la mia richiesta perché l’avevo provata 5 minuti. Malgrado l’articolo era perfetto la scatola pure e con scontrino fiscale, la gentilezza del giorno prima si è trasformata in freddezza e nessun modo di interloquire. Malgrado le miei serene intenzioni, fossero quelle di cambiare l’articolo con prodotti anche più costosi, da parte loro nessuna disponibilità. Cerando di far capire che stavano perdendo dei clienti per un semplice articolo di soli €26 non hanno minimamente preso in considerazione la cosa. Ovviamente non mi recherò mai più per i miei acquisti e non lo consiglierò They were kind when selling two snorkel masks. I returned only after 24 hours to ask for the change of at least one mask because it was small and not suitable for my needs. They didn't want to take my request into consideration at all because I tried it for 5 minutes. Despite the article the box was perfect as well and with the receipt, the kindness of the day before turned into coldness and no way to talk. Despite my serene intentions, they were those of changing the article with even more expensive products, on their part no availability. Trying to make them understand that they were losing customers for a simple article of just € 26, they didn't even consider the thing. Obviously I will never go for my purchases again and I will not recommend it

The shop was full, but they still took time to explain to me all aspects i wanted to know about the products. Highly recommendable! Update: was there 2 more times since. And loved it. Great people and also: awesome price! Compared online afterwards and they totally compete with all other prices. AND have super service, not trying to sell you more than you need. I'd give them 6 stars ;)
