★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aderisce ad inziativa almonature per fornitura (da parte di almonature senza perdita economica per il negozio) di cibo e lettiera per gattini adottati regolarmente. Quando chiami (coupon almonature alla mano) per programmare ritiro , con maniere disumane e da villano a dir poco, dice di non avere disponibilità e di non volerli dare fino ad arrivare addirittura a dire di non aver mai aderito all'iniziativa... Una stella per un comportamento simile l'ho messa solo perchè non si può mettere -1. Dal punto di vista umano , inqualificabile... questa iniziativa oltre ad essere a scopo benefico, porta potenziali nuovi clienti fidelizzabili all'attività. Con questo comportamento invece al massimo ottieni il risultato opposto, oltre a far la figura del barbaro. Di certo andrò ad effettuare acquisti per i miei animali altrove e spero, con questa recensione di portare anche altri ad evitare attività commerciali dirette in questa maniera.

Kind and always available. I had a problem with some cans of cat wet and they replaced them immediately. You can see that they care about their customers.
