★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöner Aussichtspunkt. Wer von da aus zur Meraner oder Kirchsteiger Hütte möchte, sollte den E5 abwärts meiden. Die 20 Minuten auf dem Schild sind locker 40 und der Weg steil abwärts auf den Steinen ist sehr anspruchsvoll und sehr anstrengend.
Lieber wieder etwas zurück und dann schräg hinab zu den Hütten.
Nice vantage point. If you want to go to the Meraner or Kirchsteiger hut from there, you should avoid the E5 downhill. The 20 minutes on the sign are an easy 40 and the path steeply downhill on the stones is very demanding and very strenuous.
Better go back a little and then diagonally down to the huts.

Übrigens auf der Kesselberghütte gibt es
auch Vegetarische Spinatknödel mit Butter
oder Parmesan
