★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco affini alla relazione con il cliente, in generale indisponenti. Portato tagliasiepi in riparazione. Dopo 2 anni andando in continuazione a chiedere notizie sulla riparazione scopro che lo hanno perso facendo finta di nulla e non volendo venire ad alcun compromesso. Per di più addebitandomi 30€ di lame nuove perse anche loro con il tagliasiepi....sconsiglio vivamente, da evitare.
Little akin to the relationship with the customer, generally irritating. Brought hedge trimmer for repair. After 2 years going continuously to ask about the repair I discover that they have lost it by pretending nothing has happened and not wanting to come to any compromise. Moreover, charging me 30 € for new blades lost with the hedge trimmer too .... I strongly advise against, to be avoided.
