Cortesi, accorti, gentili, premurosi, disponibilissimi, professionali e seri. Quando ho prenotato per chiedere il trasporto da un giorno all'altro mi hanno detto che.mi avrebbero richiamato dopo 15 minuti e sono stati anche lì puntualissimi. Proprio bravi. I just mixed up a transport from one Covid RSA to another. They arrived early. Courteous, shrewd, kind, caring, extremely helpful, professional and serious. When I booked to ask for overnight transport they told me they would call me back after 15 minutes and they were also there on time. Really good.

Il parco auto è cresciuto in modo impressionante e sinceramente mi chiedo se c'era una reale necessità di avere l'ennesima Misericordia in una città che si sta spopolando. Le auto di servizio, le ambulanze e le auto dei dipendenti e volontari sono parcheggiate nell'area riservata ai residenti riducendo significativamente i posti disponibili dimostrando inoltre che tutti questi mezzi sono raramente utilizzati. Le ambulanze si immettono nella viabilità ordinaria passando con il rosso del semaforo in un incrocio molto pericoloso e se trovano qualche auto davanti ferma in attesa del verde pretendono che si immetta nell'incrocio malgrado il rosso per farle passare ma questa manovra è molto rischiosa e gravemente irregolare. Se accadesse un incidente, la responsabilità ricadrebbe sul guidatore e non sull'autista malgrado venga usata la sirena, spesso immotivatamente, solo per mettere pressione. Sinceramente farei volentieri a meno di questaMisericordia. This organization was born a few years ago starting with 2 rather old ambulances. The car fleet has grown impressively and I honestly wonder if there was a real need to have yet another Mercy in a city that is becoming depopulated. Service cars, ambulances and employees 'and volunteers' cars are parked in the area reserved for residents, significantly reducing the number of spaces available, also demonstrating that all these vehicles are rarely used. The ambulances enter the ordinary road system passing with the red traffic light in a very dangerous intersection and if they find some cars in front of them waiting for the green they demand that they enter the intersection despite the red to let them pass but this maneuver is very risky and seriously irregular. D	Donatella P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa organizzazione nata da pochi anni secondo me non ha la sede giusta per il quartiere che la ospita per almeno due motivi: 1) quando escono le sue ambulanze in uscita dalla via Eridania con sirena aperta e capita che hanno un auto davanti a loro creano pressione e panico poiché con semaforo rosso non si può uscire rischiando incidente dove la colpa ricadrebbe sul conducente dell'auto. 2) ha aumentato a dismisura il suo parco veicoli ostacolando e occupando il parcheggio che è dedicato ai residenti. Capisco la sua utilità e l'impegno del suo lavoro ma credo che anche loro si trovino in difficoltà ed in emergenza non riescano a fare sempre ciò che per loro è necessario .
