Donato Di Gaetano ci prima guidati col telefonino e poi, accolti con entusiasmo, ha organizzato la degustazione dei loro vini. Definirli stupendi è riduttivo. Tutti speciali, biologicamente rispettato il ciclo delle vigne, autoctoni. Prezzi attenti e mirati a fare dei clienti gli "Ambasciatori" del prodotto. La Cantina è organizzatissima e la struttura tecnica è frutto di progettazione attenta sia alla funzionalità che all'estetica. Non ci sono i soliti enormi contenitori in acciaio sparati al sole. Il caveau, dove stanno le bottiglie di vino in scatola, è la via di mezzo tra il sotterraneo di un castello e quello di una chiesa. Vale assolutamente una visita e, organizzata per tempo, Donato può disporre anche il pasto adeguato. We stumbled upon it after escaping from Minervino Murge due to a looming storm. Donato Di Gaetano first guided us with a cell phone and then, greeted with enthusiasm, organized the tasting of their wines. To call them beautiful is an understatement. All special, the autochthonous cycle of vines is biologically respected. Careful prices aimed at making customers the "Ambassadors" of the product. The winery is very organized and the technical structure is the result of careful planning both for functionality and aesthetics. There are not the usual huge steel containers shot in the sun. The vault, where the bottles of canned wine are, is the middle ground between the basement of a castle and that of a church. It is absolutely worth a visit and, organized in time, Donato can also arrange the appropriate meal.

You’ll not only drink wine, but you’ll learn from an amazing expert. I think this wine tasting experience was something from other world and I felt really happy to be there. The place is beautiful, in the hills of the Murge valley and you’ll have the chance to taste one of the best rose (Suprematism). If you are interested in art and wine this is a MUST go!
