★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io compro sul sito "Oltre shop on line" e sono arrabbiatissima per i pesanti disservizi degli ultimi tempi: ordini e paghi subito, poi non ti arriva la merce perchè esaurita e non ricevi il rimborso. Ad oggi mi devono ancora restituire le cifre di tre capi acquistati e mai ricevuti, per non parlare del risarcimento dei resi... non arriva mai! Il credito della fidelity card non si visualizza da tempo e alle e-mail che invii rispondono con una calma a dir poco eccessiva.
Una vergogna!
I buy on the site "Oltre shop on line" and I am very angry for the heavy disservices of recent times: you order and pay immediately, then the goods do not arrive because they are out of stock and you do not receive a refund. To date, I still have to return the figures for three items purchased and never received, not to mention the compensation for returns ... it never arrives! The credit of the fidelity card has not been displayed for some time and the e-mails you send respond with an excessive calm to say the least.
