Una delle pizze più buone di Ardea (che come immagino saprete purtroppo NON è luogo famoso per la qualità e il gusto della pizza), secondo quanto dice anche la mia compagna.
Molto ricca di in mgredienti (cosa che purtroppo non è rispettata ovunque), ad esempio nella capricciosa presente in foto, che piace molto a noi.
Prezzi onesti.
Consiglio personale :
Richiedete la pizza "malcotta", soprattutto se non vi piace la crosta bruciacchiata e molto croccante (come a noi).
Pur piacendomi molto la pizza da Mirketto, io molte volte ho cenato con la tagliata di manzo con patate al forno (15 euro, non presa in questa occasione infatti non presente foto)... anche questa io la prendo per guasto personale "al sangue" e davvero ottima

One of the best pizzas in Ardea (which as I imagine you will unfortunately know NOT a place famous for the quality and taste of pizza), according to what my partner also says.
Very rich in ingredients (which unfortunately is not respected everywhere), for example in the capricious present in the photo, which we really like.
Honest prices.
Personal advice:
Ask for the "malcotta" pizza, especially if you don't like the scorched and very crispy crust (like us).
Although I really like Mirketto's pizza, I have often dined with sliced beef with baked potatoes (15 euros, not taken on this occasion in fact not present photo) ... I also take this for personal failure "rare "and really good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo in 4 al tavolo, abbiamo ordinato 3 pizze , supplì una cacio e pepe e una bistecca con patate al forno.
Ha portato prima le crocchette e i supplì che erano acidati, poi mi hanno portato le pate al forno crude con la bistecca, quindi ho detto alla cameriera che stavo aspettando ancora il primo di pasta , lei mi risponde " ma lei lo ha specificato che la bistecca la voleva dopo la pasta? " .
Non credo che vada specificato che il secondo ed il contorno si mangi dopo il primo ...
Vabbè mi portano la pasta non al dente ma cruda , stamattina ancora mi fa male lo stomaco. Aspetto che mi portano riportano la bistecca "metà grasso e l'altra metà carne cruda" ho dovuto rimandarla a far cuocere . La pizza era durissima che non si riusciva nemmeno a tagliare con il coltello . Camerieri che sbagliavano le portate di un tavolo a l'altro. Chi aveva chiesto il vino rosso e gli arrivava bianco , chi aspettava la pala e la portavano ad un altro tavolo e dopo scoperto l'errore glie la andavano a togliere per portarla al tavolo corretto. Ad un certo punto ci siamo guardati con le persone seduti agli altri tavoli e avevamo tutti lo stesso sguardo deluso e affamato. Era la prima volta che ci andavo e non credo ci sarà una seconda. Si comincia a mangiare prima il contorno poi il secondo ed in fine il primo. Il sugo dei supplì e delle pizze sapeva di arancico, le patate al forno crude e la pasta croccante. Il conto molto alto per la qualità del cibo e del servizio. La ristorazione è una professione non è una cosa che si può improvvisare. Per non parlare degli urli che si sentivano arrivare dalla cucina.. sembrava una puntata di cucine da incubo di Canavacciulo . Una storia triste ?
There were 4 of us at the table, we ordered 3 pizzas, a cacio e pepe supplì and a steak with baked potatoes.
He first brought the croquettes and the supplì which were acidified, then they brought me the raw baked pates with the steak, then I told the waitress that I was still waiting for the first of pasta, she replied "but she specified that the steak did you want it after pasta? ".
I don't think it should be specified that the second course and the side dish are eaten after the first ...
Oh well they bring me the pasta not al dente but raw, this morning my stomach still hurts. I wait until they bring me back the steak "half fat and the other half raw meat" I had to send it back to cook. The pizza was very hard that you couldn't even cut it with a knife. Waiters who misplaced the courses from one table to another. Those who had asked for red wine and white arrived, those who waited for the shovel and took it to another table and after discovering the error they went to remove it to take it to the correct table. At one point we looked at each other with the people sitting at the other tables and we all had the same disappointed and hungry look. It was the first time I went there and I don't think there will be a second. You start eating the side dish first, then the second and finally the first. The sauce of the supplì and pizzas tasted of orange, raw baked potatoes and crunchy pasta. The very high bill for the quality of food and service. Catering is a profession, it is not something that can be improvised. Not to mention the screams that could be heard coming from the kitchen .. it seemed like an episode of Canavacciulo's nightmare kitchens. A sad story ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stasera abbiamo mangiato un piatto di cicoria divino e due panini con hamburger bacon e melanzane spettacolari. Veloce pulito e cordiale. Prezzi onesti. Lo consiglio. Ah...la foto non c'entra niente è del mio gatto che ha braccato tutto il giorno un jeko.
Ndr nessun jeko è morto oggi per zampa dei mio gatto.
Tonight we ate a divine chicory dish and two spectacular bacon and eggplant burger sandwiches. Fast clean and friendly. Fair prices. I recommend it. Ah ... the photo has nothing to do with it, it is of my cat who has been chasing a jeko all day.
Ed no jeko died today from my cat's paw.

Non è possibile che ogni volta che li chiami non sanno cosa è successo.
Si comunica un orario e loro fanno sempre quello che vogliono…
È la terza volta che ho ordinato ma da adesso MAI più!!!!
Sconsigliato assolutamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L' ennesima volta che accettano un orario ma fanno come gli pare... contattati telefonicamente dopo 20 min di ritardo oltre a mon sapere dell' ordine dicevano che era ancora li da loro e che era gia pronto..a non dato al ragazzo delle consegne.
Arrivato alle 20.50 anziché alle 20.00, guardate come mi è arrivato il panino....messo sopra la borsa termica e non dentro....e la coca cola sul tappetino del lato passeggero per terra....
Ma la cosa divertente è stata quando il tipo delle consegne mi ha dato la coca e mi ha detto...la offre il titolare.... a bello l ho pagata 3€ la coca...altro che offerta.
FATE NA COSA...LASCIATE PERDE LE CONSEGNE CHE NON È PER VOI....LASCIATE QUESTE COSE A CHI HA VOGLIA DI LAVORARE ED GENTILE CON I CLIENTI...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza fina, croccante e abbondantemente condita! Veramente ottima! Menzione speciale per il supplì, era una goduria eccezionale. Spesso sono un po' insipidi e secchi ma questo era di una bontà unica. Anche i rimaneva fritti, asciutti e croccanti. Servizio piacevole con personale gentile ed accogliente. Ottima cosa: la pizza rimasta delle due pale ordinate, la ragazza ci ha chiesto se la volevamo portare via così da non buttare nulla. Ovviamente sì!?Ritorneremo con grande piacere ad essere clienti di questo locale
