L'auto è nuova e in garanzia e il primo appuntamento disponibile 10 giorni dopo la telefonata. Confesso che partivo un po' indispettito e prevenuto. Consegno l'auto e mi viene detto che mi sarebbe stata consegnata il giorno seguente. La ritiro il giorno dopo e mi spiegano che il problema erano dei tubi carburante ed ora finalmente il problema è risolto. Sono stati molto professionali e rapidi, già al telefono. Il problema forse era già noto, è stato risolto prontamente e senza spendere un'euro, data la garanzia, pertanto, al momento (e spero resterà così) il mio riscontro non può che essere positivo.
I took the car to them for some strong vibrations that occur around 3000 rpm. The car is new and under warranty and the first appointment available 10 days after the call. I confess that I was leaving a little annoyed and prejudiced. I deliver the car and am told it would be delivered to me the following day. I withdraw it the next day and they explain to me that the problem was with the fuel pipes and now the problem is finally solved. They were very professional and quick, already on the phone. The problem was perhaps already known, it was solved promptly and without spending a euro, given the guarantee, therefore, at the moment (and I hope it will remain so) my feedback can only be positive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho un contratto con VW Financial Service e questa concessionaria mi ha riservato una pessima assistenza. Ho perso 2 ore e ho riportato via l'auto per andare altrove. Personale completamente inadeguato e contratto con VW service assolutamente da evitare. Rivolgetevi altrove.
I have a contract with VW Financial Service and this dealership gave me very bad service. I lost 2 hours and took the car away to go elsewhere. Completely inadequate staff and VW service contract absolutely to be avoided. Look elsewhere.

Once the sale has been made, little assistance is done badly. I asked for the same services to another dealership of the same group and I got everything with competence and courtesy. They act in their sole interest. People make a difference. Absolutely not recommended.
