★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo pranzo di ferragosto di quasi venti portate compresi oltre 10 antipasti diversi di ogni tipo della tradizione trentina, dalla carne salata alle lumache alle "radici dell'orso ", il tutto in mezzo alle montagne ed ai boschi. Tutto perfetto a parte il caldo eccezionale di questi giorni.
 Excellent mid-August lunch of almost twenty courses including over 10 different appetizers of all kinds of the Trentino tradition, from salted meat to snails to "bear roots", all in the middle of the mountains and woods. Everything perfect apart from the exceptional heat of these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands-down the best food I had over the course of my week stay in Trentino. Incredibile, local food prepared expertly and clearly a family-owned and operated business. Many of the ingredients were foraged from the forest in the mountains and the meat was either hunted or raised locally. You can really tell a difference in quality with everything here. The server, who is definitely a member of the family who owns the place, was incredibly nice and fun to talk to. She helped us have the best possible experience. I can’t wait to come back here.
