Решил отомстить сбив оценку. Мол раз так испоганю тебе бизнес.
The rating was lowered solely due to the fact that the employee turned out to be vicious. There was a misunderstanding. The worker decided that he owed everything.
Decided to take revenge by knocking down the score. Like, I'll screw up your business like that.
