Oggi 4 agosto vengo contattato dal servizio clienti per chiedermi le ragioni del mio feedback, spiego che mi serviva accedere alla mia area personale per vedere le 3 polizze e mi viene detto che non è accessibile, e che a breve lo sarà tramite App. Quindi uno paga e non puo accedere alla propria area personale per settimane, senza alcun preavviso (di noi hanno mail, telefono, indirizzi...ma nemmeno una riga sul sito mha). Non mi smebra una cosa normale. Mi spiace per la signora che mi ha chiamato, genitle e disponibile, ma i suoi responsabili dovrebbero operare con trasparenza, non mi sembra di averla vista. Peccato...non mi hanno fatto cambiare idea, lascio uno stella perche non si puo mettere meno End of June / Beginning of July Called n times, left a message on the answering machine, I have 3 policies with them for years. Fanno un pó come pare a loro senza possibilità di scelta , attenzione ai taciti rinnovi, ti incatenano negli anni . Offrono assicurazioni a prezzi stracciati , pari al servizio offerto. Unprofessional language on the phone, confusion in handling requests. They do as they please with no choice, beware of tacit renewals, they chain you over the years. They offer insurance at bargain prices, equal to the service offered.
