Sono stata accolta e ascoltata frettolosamente, ogni due per tre chi mi faceva i capelli si interrompeva per dare direttive ai lavoranti, ho chiesto un acconciatura morbida e mi sono ritrovata una testa tirata al massimo piena di lacca. Un ORRORE. Fuggita per trovare chi oltre ad acconciare sappia ascoltare e soddisfare le preferenze dei clienti, perché una testa oltre ad essere un numero per incassare ha delle emozioni e esigenze che vanno capite, soddisfatte e in caso , consigliare la più adatta. Ma tutto ciò non è stato fatto. Ci spenda un po' più di tempo per la consulenza prima di mettere le mani in pasta! I do not recommend this salon. Non è accettabile attendere 1h per un taglio già fissato. La puntualità è un dovere di entrambi, cliente e fornitore d'opera. Mi spiace ma non tornerò.
