A	Agostino Schioppi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono mai alle telefonate.Prendono la pazienza degli utenti come fatto dovuto.Una vocina timida ti dice che sarai trasferito al primo operatore libero,ma: attendi,attendi,attendi e, alla fine ti dice che sono troppo occupati.Purtroppo paghiamo a caro prezzo le infinite assunzioni politiche degli anni passati di gente incompetente e senza educazione. They never answer phone calls. They take the patience of users as a matter of fact. A shy little voice tells you that you will be transferred to the first free operator, but: wait, wait, wait and, in the end it tells you that they are too busy. Unfortunately we pay dearly. price the endless political assumptions of past years of incompetent and uneducated people.
L	Luca Lombardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disorganizzazione totale! Nulla funziona come dovrebbe e la scusante è sempre la stessa ovvero i dipendenti sono pochi! Purtroppo stiamo pagando le assunzioni facile del passato, personale non qualificato con molti di loro che non conoscono neanche la lingua italiana perché neanche diplomati ! Sono pochi gli impiegati che realmente hanno fatto esperienza in amministrazione acquisendo una buona conoscenza del settore trasporti. È agghiacciante pensare che molti di questi impiegati hanno ricoperto ruoli di esaminatori pur non conoscendo la didattica che invece è pretesa a coloro che fanno gli insegnanti o istruttori. Total disorganization! Nothing works as it should and the excuse is always the same or the employees are few! Unfortunately we are paying for the easy hires of the past, unqualified staff with many of them who do not even know the Italian language because they don't even have diplomas! Few employees have really gained experience in administration by acquiring a good knowledge of the transport sector. It is chilling to think that many of these employees have covered examiner roles even though they do not know the teaching that is required of those who make teachers or instructors.
