I ordered a book more than a week ago with no news yet. I asked for information via email and I didn't get an answer. I believe I will never see that book. From complaint.

Ho ordinato due libri alla Minerva Libri S.A.S .pagando quasi il doppio l’urgenza di consegna: l’ordine è stato fatto il 25 c.m. e doveva essere consegnato entro 48 ore, cioè entro due giorni. Ne sono passati cinque.
Sembra evidente che l’urgenza non è stata rispettata e che la stessa consegna lascia molto a desiderare. Prima di procedere con altre azioni, vorrei avere almeno delle spiegazioni. Di seguito accludo il ricevimento ordine da parte della Minerva Libri S.A.S
Oggi 10 aprile non ho ancora ricevuto nulla e neanche una spiegazione o una scusa. Ho provato a telefonare al n° di telefono presente sul sito Minerva Libri Verona negli orari indicati (ore 10 -12 ma anche ore 15 -17) Il numero risulta non attivo o indisponibile. Hanno "incamerato" 36 euro .
Questa Minerva libri di Verona, al minimo è inaffidabile ma forse peggio.

I ordered two books from Minerva Libri S.A.S.paying almost double the urgency of delivery: the order was made on 25 c.m. and had to be delivered within 48 hours, ie within two days. Five have passed.
It seems clear that the urgency has not been respected and that the delivery itself leaves much to be desired. Before proceeding with other actions, I would like to have at least explanations. The order receipt by the Minerva Libri S.A.S.
Today, April 10th, I have not received anything or an explanation or an excuse. I tried to call the phone number on the Minerva Libri Verona website at the indicated times (10 -12 but also 15-17). The number is not active or unavailable. They "forfeited" 36 euros.
This Minerva books from Verona, at the minimum is unreliable but perhaps worse.

L’ordine permane perennemente “in attesa” pur avendolo pagato online in anticipo con carta di credito e avendo richiesto la spedizione espressa. È impossibile contattare la Liberia: il numero di telefono è inesistente e a mail e messaggi vari non rispondono! Mi sembra doverosa almeno una segnalazione all’Associazione Consumatori ed eventualmente anche altro...siamo ai limiti della truffa collettiva con recidiva (vedere recensioni su Facebook)...
I do not recommend buying anything through this library! The order remains perpetually "pending" even though it was paid online in advance by credit card and having requested express shipping. It is impossible to contact Liberia: the phone number is non-existent and various e-mails and messages do not respond! It seems necessary to at least report to the Consumers Association and possibly even more ... we are at the limits of collective fraud with recidivism (see reviews on Facebook) ...
