★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SIAMO STATI TRUFFATI!!!!!! siamo andati per un viaggio in una località, ma lei ce ne ha consigliata un'altra che, nel periodo scelto, era zona di cicloni infatti, con la scusa che avrebbe piovuto, ci ha fatto annullare il viaggio consigliandoci il certificato medico con diagnosi "lombosciatalgia" perché con questa motivazione non avremmo perso neanche le commissioni e tutto questo dopo solo TRE giorni dal pagamento di € 5500.00. Non ci ha restituito i soldi, non ha prenotato i biglietti aereo né il resort senza quindi averci rilasciato alcuna documentazione.
Consigliamo vivamente di NON andare in questa agenzia in quanto non siamo i primi ad essere stati truffati.
N.B. Le recensioni, esageratamente positive, sono fasulle
WE HAVE BEEN SCAMMED !!!!!! we went for a trip to one location, but she recommended another which, in the chosen period, was an area of cyclones in fact, with the excuse that it would rain, she made us cancel the trip recommending a medical certificate with diagnosis " lumbosciatalgia "because with this reason we would not have lost even the commissions and all this after only THREE days from the payment of € 5500.00. He did not give us back the money, he did not book the plane tickets or the resort without giving us any documentation.
We highly recommend NOT going to this agency as we are not the first to be scammed.
