Mi hanno contattato immediatamente e provveduto ad inviarmi i cuscini da me richiesti, anche se di un altro colore per indisponibilità in magazzino. Spedizione celere ed ho riconsegnato i cuscini sbagliati al corriere, con cambio sul posto. Bene, domenica apro il primo set, faccio il letto e mi accorgo da subito che il lenzuolo sotto non copre bene il materasso e rimane troppo teso e la mattina dopo infatti era già scalzato. Vado quindi sul sito della MADD dove viene scritto che il set è per materassi fino a 23cm di altezza... Stamattina quindi ho mandato un messaggio segnalando la cosa, ma mentre in fase di acquisto la risposta era stata sempre praticamente immediata dopo pochi minuti, questa volta dopo oltre 3 ore ancora nulla, nebbia, e il messaggio è notificato come letto!! Complimenti per l'attenzione e la correttezza verso il cliente... Abbiamo chiamato per lamentare la merce scadente e nel copriforno mancante di laccio per il fissaggio e comunicando di richiedere il reso ....prontamente ci è stato risposto il reso è a carico vostro , se arriva ,quando arriva vi facciamo il rimborso trattenendo le spese di trasporto della consegna che comunque erano nel prezzo a giudicare dalla scadentissima merce , e quando abbiamo comunicato che un pezzo era fallato ,ci è stato risposto non te lo cambio perché ti dei lamentato che la merce è scadente ...amici miei che state per acquistare, traetene le giuste conclusioni ..i prezzi non sono un affare ma merce scadente .Letto la vostra risposta , non fate che dimostrare il vostro modus operandi ,camuffato dalle falsità che scrivete , siete solo dei poveri i ahahahah , scommetto che la vostra risposta è un copia e incolla ....solo falsità, e scadente come la vostra merce , tenete pure i soldi molto probabilmente ne avete più bisogno di me .La vostra merce è stata destinata alla caritàs e speriamo che la prende.
