Poco professionali e affidabili consiglio di starci lontano.
I have traveled a lot in my life ... but I must say that I have never met a worse agency than this. Several years later they have not yet reimbursed me the money I had advanced and that the agency had to return once they returned. Unprofessional and reliable, I recommend staying away.
