L'offerta fatta per il locale è stata rifiutata dal proprietario perché io sono di Napoli e per una brutta esperienza del proprietario si fa del razzismo gratuito. Mi sarei aspettato più professionalità da parte vostra facendo rispettare al Vostro cliente sia i canoni di negoziazione che i canoni morali perché siete voi a dover tutelare sia il "venditore" che il "compratore". in questo caso E' inutile ricordare che tutto ciò è passibile di denuncia ma, mi sento superiore a questi comportamenti. Le agenzie serie continuano a seguire le parti in tutto l’iter di compravendita, tutte le agenzie partecipano alla perizia ed accompagnano il perito nella valutazione delle case. Questa agenzia no. Si è presa tutti i soldi al compromesso e tanti saluti e baci, terminando così il lavoro. Praticamente sono stati pagati per fare la pubblicità alla casa messa in vendita. Non si lavora così mi dispiace. Sono molto delusa. MAI PIÙ. Sconsiglio fortissimamente, per carità. In risposta a quanto da voi scritto, ognuno è libero di esprimere la propria opinione, le recensioni esistono proprio per questo. Il servizio da voi prestato è stato pessimo.
