They were super helpful, the package arrived at the right time and the beautiful and quality favors .... I chose a perfumed bag with magnet. Avevo acquistato un oggetto dal loro sito per poi scoprire che l'oggetto, regolarmente presente tra gli oggetti da acquistare online, era fuori produzione. Ho allora chiesto di avere il rimborso di quanto già pagato. Ho finalmente ottenuto il rimborso dopo due settimane di continui e ripetuti solleciti scritti e telefonici da parte mia. Tuttavia, l'importo che mi è stato corrisposto era di poco inferiore a quanto io avevo pagato per l'oggetto. Ho allora scritto per chiedere spiegazioni in merito al motivo di tale bonifico errato dopo tante richieste da parte mia di aver indietro i soldi che avevo legittimamente speso. La risposta alla mia domanda è stata il silenzio più totale. In conclusione, esperienza negativissima, sconsigliatissimi e personale davvero incompetente. Absolutely not recommended! My experience was very negative due to the lack of professionalism of the staff. I had purchased an item from their site only to discover that the item, regularly present among the items to be purchased online, was out of production. I then asked for a refund of the amount already paid. I finally got my refund after two weeks of constant and repeated written and telephone reminders from me. However, the amount I was paid was slightly less than what I had paid for the item. I then wrote to ask for explanations regarding the reason for this incorrect transfer after so many requests from me to have the money back that I had legitimately spent. The answer to my question was total silence. In conclusion, a very negative experience, highly discouraged and truly incompetent staff.

Segnalo con tanto di foto dell'ordine fatto e del pacco ricevuto. Nessuna risposta. Rimando messaggio dopo 1 settimana e mi viene risposto che aspettano notizie dalla ditta su cosa fare. Cosa fare????? Oggi 6 gennaio hanno fatto assolutamente nulla. Sono passati 2 mesi e nemmeno si sono degnati di richiamare o mandare un messaggio. Poi mettono i numeri di assistenza. Ma assistenza di che?!! IN RISPOSTA . NELL'ORDINE C'È BEN SPECIFICATO LA QUANTITÀ E IL TIPO DI ESSENZA DA ME SCELTA E L'ORDINE CE L'HO ANCORA. VI HO CONTATTATO IL GIORNO STESSO PER LO SBAGLIO MANDANDOVI TANTO DI FOTO DI COSA HO RICEVUTO E MI È STATO RISPOSTO DOPO UNA SETTIMANA CHE ASPETTAVATE DALLA DITTA COME RISOLVERE. DA ALLORA NON VI SIETE PIÙ FATTI SENTIRE. NON SCARICATE TUTTA LA COLPA SUI CLIENTI COME HO LETTO IN ALTRE RECENSIONI NEGATIVE. VOI AVETE SPEDITO COSE NON RICHIESTE. CONTINUATE COSÌ BRAVI!!!! Bad. I CONTACTED YOU THE SAME DAY FOR THE WRONG SENDING YOU SO MUCH OF PHOTOS OF WHAT I RECEIVED AND I WAS REPLYED AFTER A WEEK THAT YOU WERE WAITING FROM THE COMPANY HOW TO SOLVE. YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN HEARED SINCE THEN. DON'T DROP ALL THE BLAME ON CUSTOMERS AS I READ IN OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS. YOU HAVE SHIPPED THINGS NOT REQUIRED. KEEP SO GOOD !!!!

Poco attenti alle esigenze del cliente e poco precisi ma molto approssimativi, e tempi di consegna assolutamente non rispettati. Contattati due mesi prima dell'evento, sono arrivata a ridosso della data senza avere quello desiderato, quindi in forte difficoltà. Ho scelto quelle con la macchinina sopra alla scatolina, mi hanno inviato qualche macchina in più probabilmente nel caso qualcuna si fosse rotta nel trasporto (ma sono arrivate tutte integre). Gentili e solerti nel rispondere, mi sento di consigliare il loro negozio. Bravi I ordered my son's Communion favors, arrived on time, very well packed. I chose the ones with the toy car on top of the box, they sent me a few more cars, probably in case some broke during the transport (but they all arrived intact).
