Ora è vero ke il tempo per la disdetta era poco ma nn potevo sapere a che ora si sarebbe fatto male il mio cucciolo. Oggi richiamo per riprendere un appuntamento e mi viene negato, dicendomi ke per la scorrettezza della volta scorsa per prendere un appuntamento sarei dovuto passare lì in negozio a pagare prima... ??? Ridicolo.... Mi dispiace perche nella cinofili dove fa parte il mio campione, ci sono tantissimi cani e un po' di pubblicità non gli avrebbe fatto male.. Cambia carattere o cambia mestiere ?? Se invece volete vedere il vostro cane felice, rilassato, ben pulito e profumato allora questo è il posto giusto. P.s. il titolare è stato gentilissimo e si è dimostrato professionale. If being precise and punctual in your work is considered dislike, go elsewhere, where they make you spend at least € 10 more and leave the dog without drinking for more than 3 hours. Devo dire che il servizio è stato ottimo il locale è accogliente è profumato, il ragazzo che sia occupato del mio cane è stato proprio bravo ottimi servizi e il cane Era sereno, molto onesti anche con i prezzi, ci hanno regalato anche una carinissima bandana... tornerò senz'altro !! Ieri avevo un appuntamento per lavare al mio cane partendo dal fatto che davano appuntamento in tempi molto lungi a prescindere di questo ieri ho portato il mio cane a lavare pero purtroppo non sono stata puntualissima e sono arrivata con 5 min di ritardo non più.... Questa persona che non so si sia il proprietario del negozio ma non ostante abbia chiesto scusa ha iniziato di mala forma a dirmi e farmi capire come devo trattare il mio cane siccome lui non è un amico ne tanto meno l'ho chiesto dei consigli mi ha fatto sentire veramente a disagio quindi vi sconsiglio vivamente di portare il vostro cane a lavare a questo posto. Ma questa mattina arrivati 5 minuti di ritardo causa traffico, siamo stati accusati di esserlo sempre, e più di una volta ripresi al telefono, COSA MAI SUCCESSA, siamo sempre stati puntuali e rispettosi dell’orario ( ci siamo addirittura chiesti se si stesse confondendo con altri), ma convinti di questa cosa hanno preferito presuntuosamente perdere un cliente fidato. Delusi al massimo da questa esperienza, anche perché ripeto, portavamo il cane molto volentieri ,perché la tolettatura era soddisfacente, ma il modo di fare e l’arroganza hanno annullato tutto, quindi, se devo lasciare la nostra personale recensione, direi deludente. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fissato subito un appuntamento nonostante fosse molto piena. Il servizio è stato ottimo e il nostro cane ha gradito molto tant'è che la sera dopo aver fatto un giro per Cesenatico ci ha tirato portandoci nuovamente davanti al negozio già chiuso!!E dire che il nostro cane solitamente non ama affatto farsi lavare!!!
