Well organized, clean and tidy. The lady who runs the laundry is very kind, always available and ready to help in case of need.

Dopo aver lavato il mio piumone , mi stavo accingendo ad asciugarlo e , per questo, ho inserito la moneta richiesta (€ 4,50) purtroppo la macchina ha "mangiato " i soldi e non ha funzionato . La titolare insisteva con grande arroganza e maleducazione nel dire che i soldi NON erano stati inseriti dandomi praticamente della disonesta . Poiché ci sono le telecamere ,le ho chiesto di visionarle in modo tale che potesse accertarsi che avevo inserito i soldi .E cosi ha fatto , dopo mezzora è uscita dicendomi che effettivamente avevo inserito i soldi ma MAI dalla sua bocca è uscita la frase "mi scusi " ed il suo atteggiamento è rimasto fino alla fine sgarbato ed arrogante .Un vero peccato che un posto cosi sia gestito da tale persona . Very bad experience due to the shop owner. After washing my duvet, I was about to dry it and, for this, I inserted the requested coin (€ 4.50) unfortunately the machine "ate" the money and it didn't work. The owner insisted with great arrogance and rudeness in saying that the money had NOT been inserted giving me practically dishonesty. Since there are cameras, I asked her to view them so that she could make sure that I had inserted the money. And so she did, after half an hour she came out telling me that I had actually inserted the money but NEVER came out of her mouth the phrase "I sorry "and his attitude remained rude and arrogant until the end. A real shame that such a place is run by such a person.
