Vanta con orgoglio trent'anni di esperienza nel settore, ma oltre a non disporre degli articoli che cercavo, ama esibirsi in retorici sfottò sulla base delle informazioni fornitele (nel mio caso, specialità di appartenenza ed anni di servizio).
Presumibilmente parente di qualche collega, sembra avere l'abitudine di annotare il numero di targa dell'auto di coloro che, dopo sentirsi definire "uno di quelli che provano gli articoli nei negozi, e poi se li vanno a comprare su internet" (deduzione più che errata, ma pazienza), escono insoddisfatti dal suo negozio. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio giudizio è di 1 stella, non per la mancanza di attrezzature militari o carenze dal punto di vista di rifornimenti, quanto per il comportamento della proprietaria di questo negozio che dimostra, nonostante siano passati 3 anni dalla mia prima visita all'armeria, un atteggiamento sempre altezzoso e quasi irrosorio nei confronti della clientela. Mi stupisco del fatto che ci sia ancora gente che vi si rechi per effettuare acquisti, avendo a che fare con il comportamento della signora che dimostra zero rispetto nei confronti della clientela e un comportamento sempre superbo. Non ci metterò mai più piede e sconsiglio a tutti quelli che incontro di recarvisi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un negozio interessante e a quanto pare ben fornito per le esigenze della clientela con le stellette che fa riferimento a Viterbo, un capoluogo di provincia che può contare su una presenza militare importante, con le Scuole Marescialli di Esercito ed Aeronautica e il Centro Aviazione dell'Esercito. Accoglienza cordiale e disponibilità a far fronte alle necessità del cliente mi sembrano la migliore presentazione per questo punto vendita dove ritornerò con piacere il prima possibile.

Nel "nostro" caso abbiamo ricevuto un prodotto con caratteristiche assolutamente diverse da quelle concordate, specificate, viste e riviste in fase preventiva. Ma la cosa più assurda è l'atteggiamento della titolare che, nonostante l'evidenza, insisteva alzando anche la voce, sostenendo che il prodotto da lei confezionato é quello previsto, invocando i suoi anni di esperienza.
