Their service was extremely good, very very knowlegable, and they were utterly trustworthy, dealing with every level of detial including setting up bank accounts, putting wifi in, making sure all the utilities were in my name (and subsequently paid). They have since taken over the management of my property, paying bills, and dealing with its maintenance, removing a bed (!) - nothing is too much trouble. I was nervous about buying a property in Italy, and if every real estate broker was as professional and knowlegable as Milianti - then no one would ever worry about buying in a foreign country.

As foreigners, we were quite anxious about the whole process but we could’t have been happier with Alice and Serena’s help and advice. They are very knowledgeable, honest and professional, and made the rather complex process straightforward and transparent. Unlike some estate agents in Britain, they only suggested properties that met our requirements and at no point we felt pushed into even considering something that wasn't suitable for us. They answered about a million questions we had and helped us way beyond what is normally considered a standard real estate service. We feel very lucky having met them and would highly recommend them to anybody who is thinking about buying a property in Italy. Without Serena and Alice we’d probably still be browsing the internet for our dream home in Tuscany - now a dream come true.
