★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pur essendo un'azienda che vende maggiormente all'ingrosso, sono stato seguito passo passo per i miei piccoli acquisti di tagli (cashmere e lana per la maggiore) per la mia attività. Niente di negativo, azienda cortese e sempre disponibile anche in orario extra-lavoro per i bisogni del cliente.
Despite being a company that sells mostly wholesale, I was followed step by step for my small purchases of cuts (cashmere and wool for the most part) for my business. Nothing negative, courteous company and always available even in extra-work hours for the needs of the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with this company. The order was made online by pictures of fabrics. As a result, some items were not sent at all, some of the items didn correspond the pictures ( for example on the picture there was 120s wool, branded, in reality came another wool but of similar colour) There was cotton sent instead of wool. (but the price i paid was for a wool) And the meters were less than ordered in almost every item. I wrote Stefano about misscorresponding of the order, he didnt do anything to correct the mistakes.Nor sent the missing items, nor returned the money for unsent goods. I advise everyone not to deal with this company. In Biella there a lot of good stocks which sell high quality fabrics!

Our company ordered a substantial amount of cashmere and we received two of the wrong colours as well as being left multiple metres short in nearly every item, having been charged for the full quantities. When we brought this to the attention of Stefano, he responded extremely rudely and was totally unprofessional. We didn't receive a refund or the missing/correct material that we ordered and paid for in full. Stefano now refuses to respond to any emails, texts or calls.
